Rosy Mondin
Rosy is a senior legal executive and entrepreneur with 30 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. She advises on compliance frameworks, policy development, governance, and the drafting and review of operational agreements for start-up and emerging companies.
She co-founded and led ventures in the cannabis sector and capital markets, including egX Group, Soma Labs Scientific and Quadron Cannatech. Her career spans private practice, public-company governance, and federal policy advisory, advocacy and interlocutor roles. Rosy provides legal services where engaged, and advises on strategic growth, compliance, and regulatory governance across the cannabis, real estate and capital markets sectors.
